Circulation - 17,000 copies of the Equine Exchange are widely distributed throughout Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan. through tack shops, feed stores, riding facilities and subscriptions. Quality Colour - Our printer uses heat set inks to produce the high quality colour sections on lightweight newsprint, that keeps quality up and cost down. Our expert ad design (which is included in our regular rates) is offered in black and white, and full colour.
Content - We offer the largest selection of horses for sale in Western Canada! Monthly articles include popular trainers, horse health professionals, equine industry news & many other horse related topics. As well we have articles & columns celebrating rural life, including entertainment, livestock, buildings, fencing, landscaping, vehicles, real estate and special concerns of acreage owners.
Specs - We prefer PC digital files in PDF format with all fonts included at 600 DPI. Files created in TIFF, JPG or EPS formats should be at 600 DPI and 300 DPI for photos.
Payment Information - Payment is due prior to our monthly deadline on the 10th of each month. Visa, Master Card, cheque, or money orders are accepted.
Deadline - All ad space reservations must be placed by the 10th and all copy must be received in the Equine Exchange office by the 10th of the month preceding publication. Advertisements received after the 10th are subject to a late fee or may not be accepted. We publish 11 times per year, combining the Dec. & Jan. issues.

Advertisers are responsible for final proofing of their ads. At no time shall the publisher’s liability in any way exceed the cost of the space involved. Any errors should be reported immediately, as the publisher’s liability is limited to the first insertion. Subsequent publication of the same unreported error is advertiser’s sole responsibility. The publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertising. All material will be returned in your self addressed stamped envelope. Reproduction of any material without the express written permission of the publisher is prohibited.
Grid Explanation - The 1x to 11x columns indicate your frequency discount, if you commit to running your ad 6 times per year then we bill monthly from that column.
If you choose a colour ad, the Colour Adder price will be added to your frequency discount cost.
